Established by John Boucher and partner Pauline Russell in the shadow of Black Mountain, an ideal environment for pinot noir and chardonnay vines. They maintain traditional processes but new facilities have recently been introduced to enhance the production process for the sparkling wines. The additional production capacity gives the opportunity to source additional suitable quality parcels of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon from Macedon and Heathcote. A small amount is exported to Taiwan.

Macedon Pinot Noir Chardonnay 2012 The tension of cool Macedon fruit meets the texture and complexity of full French oak fermentation, interrupting fruit purity with savoury, charcuterie and boiled sausage notes. Lees age has built good mouthfeel and persistence. Diam. 13.2% alc. Rating 90 To 2020 $32 TS
